Nuvia Summit 2026 will take place September 16–18 at the JW Marriott Austin. Use this page for the essential details you’ll need before arriving, including the event location, registration information, and helpful links for planning your stay.

Welcome to Austin and to Nuvia Summit 2026. Whether you traveled across the country or just across town, we’re so glad you’re here.

Summit is our opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with teammates, learn from one another, and celebrate the work happening across Nuvia.

Getting Around the Summit

Please look for Summit signage throughout the property. If you need directions, ask a member of the Nuvia support team wearing a blue shirt or one of the JW Marriott’s red-coated team members. Additional help is available at the help desk on Level 3 during breakfast and lunch.

Arriving at Summit & Registration

When you arrive at the JW Marriott Austin, please check in at the front desk. 

On Wednesday morning (providers), Wednesday evening (cocktail hour), and Thursday morning follow the Summit signage to registration.

At a Cvent kiosk:

• Look up your registration.
• Verify that your information is correct.
• Print your Summit badge.
• Pick up your lanyard and preselected sweatshirt.

If you have trouble locating your registration or printing your badge, a member of the Summit team will be nearby to help.

The remainder of your Summit swag will be waiting in your hotel room. Remember to leave a little extra room in your luggage for the trip home!

Your Summit Badge

Your badge is required in Summit session, meal, and event spaces. Please wear it throughout the event.

If your badge is lost, damaged, or will not scan, return to the Summit help desk on Level 3 during breakfast or lunch or find a Nuvia team member wearing a blue shirt for assistance.

Attendance Information

Summit sessions and activities are exclusively for current Nuvia employees and approved attendees. The Golden Hour dinner is open to registered employees and their pre-approved +1s only. We are unable to accommodate unregistered or additional guests.
